Integrations
Connects to your stack.
Not around it.
Refurbr plugs into the marketplaces, diagnostics tools, couriers, printers and accounting systems your business already runs on — so you don't have to change how you sell or ship to get your operation under control.
What does Refurbr integrate with?
Refurbr connects to the refurbished-device marketplaces Back Market, Refurbed, Reebelo and GoGroopie across all their regions, and to Amazon, Amazon Renewed, eBay, Temu, TikTok Shop, OnBuy and bol.com, covering more than 150 sales channels in total. It also integrates with Phonecheck, Blancco and Aiken Workbench for device identification, diagnostics and erasure records, with over 150 couriers including Royal Mail, DPD, FedEx and Evri using your own carrier contracts, with Printr and PrintNode for label printing, and with Xero and QuickBooks for accounting. Every integration is included as standard — there are no per-channel or per-integration fees.
Sell everywhere.
Manage it once.
Refurbr connects to over 150 sales channels, including every marketplace a refurbishment business is likely to sell on.
The refurb-specific ones come first, because they're the ones that need device-level data — grading, IMEI identity, evidence of testing — that generic retail software was never built to carry.
Refurbished marketplaces
Orders import automatically, stock levels synchronise to prevent oversells, dispatch confirmations are sent on fulfilment, and IMEI or serial numbers are returned to Back Market when devices ship.
Orders, stock and grading synchronise from a single catalogue across every Refurbed market, with no regional limitations.
Order import, fulfilment sync and stock synchronisation across every Reebelo region.
Order import, fulfilment sync and stock synchronisation across connected channels.
All regions are covered on every refurbished marketplace. If you sell into a market, Refurbr supports it.
General marketplaces
Amazon and Amazon Renewed, eBay, Temu, TikTok Shop, OnBuy and bol.com, plus Mirakl marketplaces, Fruugo, ManoMano, Wayfair, Tesco Marketplace and 150+ others.
Whichever channels you sell on, the result is the same: orders land in one queue, stock stays synchronised across all of them, and every sale carries the same IMEI record, fulfilment workflow and VAT treatment.
- Orders from every connected channel in a single queue
- Stock synchronised across all channels automatically
- Oversell protection across marketplaces
- No per-channel fees — every connection is included
Test it once.
Prove it forever.
Marketplaces increasingly require evidence of testing and certified data erasure before a device can be listed. When your diagnostics tools talk to your inventory system, that evidence attaches to the device record automatically — and it's still there for the warranty claim eighteen months later.
Refurbr integrates with Phonecheck, Blancco and Aiken Workbench. All three are live, and all three work the same way: device identification, diagnostics results and erasure records flow back into Refurbr and attach to the device, giving you full auditable traceability from intake to sale.
Grades populate automatically from the diagnostics results. A device comes off the bench already graded, without anyone rekeying it — and a technician can override the grade where their judgement says otherwise. The override is recorded like everything else.
Mobile device diagnostics and certification.
Certified data erasure with audit-ready proof of sanitisation.
Device identification, diagnostics and erasure records.
Use one, or use all three across different parts of your operation. The device record looks the same either way.
- Grading populated from diagnostics, with manual override
- Device identity, test results and erasure certificates held against the IMEI or serial
- Full audit trail from goods-in through to dispatch
- Compliance evidence retrievable without leaving the platform
Every courier.
One connection.
Refurbr gives you access to over 150 UK and international couriers, including Royal Mail, DPD, FedEx, Evri, DHL and Amazon Buy Shipping.
You keep your own carrier contracts. Refurbr connects to the accounts you already hold, so the rates you've negotiated are the rates you ship on. We're not a reseller sitting between you and your courier, and we're not quietly marking up your postage.
You don't integrate carriers one at a time, and you don't rebuild anything when you change provider. Connect your account, set the rules, and Refurbr routes to it.
- Your carrier contracts, your pre-agreed rates
- 150+ carriers, no individual integration work
- Labels generated straight from the order record
- Tracking numbers written back automatically
- Rules-based service selection by weight, value or destination
We got tired of labels not printing.
So we fixed it.
Warehouse throughput dies at the label printer. A print queue will tell you it's idle whether or not there's a printer on the end of it, a job that vanishes leaves nothing behind to explain where it went, and the obvious fix — send it again — is how you end up with two shipping labels for one parcel.
We built Printr because nothing on the market answered the question properly.
Refurbr integrates with Printr, our own label printing platform. Printr checks the printer itself rather than the queue, every 45 seconds, and records every step a job takes from the moment it's sent to the moment the label comes out. Send the same job twice and it prints once.
- Printer health checked every 45 seconds, and again at the moment of printing
- Idempotent jobs — a retry after a network blip prints one label, not two
- A full timestamped history behind every label, with a specific reason when something fails
- Nothing to open on the firewall, no server to stand up, no per-printer licence
- Zebra, TSC, Xprinter and compatible thermal printers, networked or USB
Printr is built and run by us — same company, same team, same UK support. Which means when a label doesn't come out, you're not standing between two vendors watching them point at each other.
PrintNode
Refurbr also integrates with PrintNode. If you're already running PrintNode across your sites, Refurbr works with it as-is — no migration required.
The numbers,
handled correctly.
Refurbr integrates with Xero and QuickBooks.
Refurbishment finance has edge cases generic tools ignore. Built-in handling for Marginal VAT, Reverse VAT, Zero-Rated and Standard VAT means the treatment is right at the point of transaction — not reconstructed in a spreadsheet at quarter end, and not something your accountant has to unpick.
- Sales and purchase data flows through to your ledger
- Margin scheme treatment preserved end to end
- No manual re-entry, no month-end reconciliation exercise
Something missing?
We'll build it.
Refurbr is developed and maintained in-house in the UK. If your operation depends on a system we don't yet connect to, we'll look at building it — and where a connection is useful to the wider refurb industry, we'll often build it into the core platform.
Refurbr has a REST API, and we work with you on what gets built against it. That's deliberate. Refurbr holds device-level records, audit trails and VAT treatment that downstream systems and marketplaces depend on being right, so we'd rather scope an integration with you than hand over a key and find out later what got pushed. In practice it means a conversation, not a queue.
- REST API for custom integrations, scoped with our team
- Bespoke integration development on the Dedicated plan
- UK-based development team
Questions? Answers.
Yes. Refurbr has a direct, native Back Market integration built and maintained in-house. Orders import automatically, stock levels synchronise to prevent oversells, dispatch confirmations are sent on fulfilment, and IMEI or serial numbers are returned to Back Market when devices ship.
Yes. Refurbed is one of Refurbr's direct marketplace integrations, alongside Back Market, Reebelo and GoGroopie. Orders, stock and grading synchronise automatically from a single catalogue, across every Refurbed market with no regional restrictions.
Yes. Refurbr supports both Amazon and Amazon Renewed, alongside eBay, Temu, TikTok Shop, OnBuy, bol.com and more than 150 other sales channels. Orders arrive in the same queue as your Back Market and Refurbed orders and follow the same fulfilment, IMEI tracking and VAT workflow.
Phonecheck, Blancco and Aiken Workbench. All three return device identification, diagnostics results and erasure records to Refurbr, where they attach to the IMEI or serial record — giving you a complete auditable history for every device from intake through to sale.
No. Marketplace connectivity is built into Refurbr and included in your subscription — there's no second platform to license and no separate account to manage. Unlike a general channel manager, Refurbr also handles IMEI-level tracking, grading, VAT margin scheme treatment and buyback intake in the same system.
More than 150 UK and international couriers, including Royal Mail, DPD, FedEx, Evri, DHL and Amazon Buy Shipping. You keep your own carrier contracts and ship on your own negotiated rates — Refurbr connects to the accounts you already hold rather than reselling postage to you.
Refurbr integrates with Printr, our own label printing platform, and with PrintNode. Printr runs a small app on one computer per site with no firewall changes or print server required, works with Zebra, TSC and Xprinter thermal printers, and prevents duplicate labels when a job is retried.
Refurbr integrates with Xero and QuickBooks, with VAT treatment — including the margin scheme — carried through from the transaction to the ledger.
Yes. Refurbr has a REST API for custom integrations. We scope work against it with you rather than offering unsupervised self-serve access, because Refurbr holds device-level records, audit trails and VAT data that other systems rely on being correct. Talk to us about what you need and we'll work out the right approach.
No. Every integration is included as standard on both plans. There are no per-channel fees, no per-integration fees, and no per-user or per-location fees.
Around 3.6 minutes. Connecting a sales channel is a self-contained setup step — you authorise the account and Refurbr starts importing orders and synchronising stock. It is not a development project, and it does not depend on the rest of your onboarding being finished.
